⚠ IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE: Arnion Financial Life Insurance Solutions, Inc. is NOT a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or attorney-client services of any kind. The Living Trust Document Package is a document preparation service facilitated through the Wealth.com platform. Documents are prepared based on information you provide and do not constitute legal advice. Arnion Financial strongly recommends that all clients consult with a licensed attorney before executing any estate planning documents.
Wealth.com is a technology platform — not a law firm — that provides self-directed estate planning document tools. Neither Arnion Financial nor Wealth.com establishes an attorney- client relationship with you through the sale or delivery of these documents.
4.1 Core Package (Included in Purchase Price)
The Living Trust Document Package is a one-time purchase that includes preparation of the following core documents through the Wealth.com platform, based on the information and instructions you provide:

Arnion Financial will advise you on what is needed during your Financial Review Appointment.

The price for the Living Trust Document Package will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to your submission of payment. Prices vary based on the complexity of your estate, your family structure, and the specific documents included in your package. All prices are in U.S. dollars. This is a one-time purchase. There are no recurring charges or subscription fees associated with the base Living Trust Document Package. Any optional add-on services selected through Wealth.com are separate transactions governed by Wealth.com's own pricing and terms.
5.2 Add-On Pricing Transparency
Before any optional add-on service (notarization, deed transfer, attorney access) is initiated, you will be presented with the applicable cost by Wealth.com. You are under no obligation to purchase any add-on service. Arnion Financial does not collect payment for Wealth.com's add- on services and is not responsible for Wealth.com's pricing.
